Mr.Rajiv Sadanandan, is a former Indian bureaucrat from the Kerala cadre of the Indian Administrative Service and a healthcare policy-maker. Currently Mr Sadanandan is the founding CEO of HSTP with specialization in health systems and health financing. HSTP is a not-for-profit organization. Its mission is to enable system transformation towards providing equitable access to good quality affordable health services for improved health  outcomes.
